Multiphoton microscope

LaVision BioTec TriM Scope II

Powered by an Insight X3 laser (tunable 680 - 1300 nm + fixed 1040 nm outputs), this microscope comprises dual scan lines for synchronous deep tissue imaging and photomanipulation. The automated stage enables multi-position imaging and volumetric tile scans.  Adaptive optics allows for aberration correction. A 3-axis closed-loop piezo objective stage reduces movement artefact during in vivo imaging.  Custom upgrades enable two-photon STED and confocal imaging
